Cancellation & Refund Policy – Taxpert ProAcc
At Taxpert ProAcc, we aim to provide a transparent and student-friendly enrollment experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
- An initial registration fee of *₹1000* is payable at the time of joining.
- This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Note: The registration fee does *not* count as part of the first installment payment.
- Offline Course Fee : ₹45,000
- Online Course Fee : ₹35,000
- Fees are to be paid as per the installment structure discussed during enrollment.
- Students who have paid the *first installment fee* (excluding the registration fee) are eligible for cancellation under this policy.
- Cancellations must be requested within 10 days from the start of the class.
- If a student chooses to cancel within 10 days from the start of the class, 70% of the first installment amount will be refunded.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 10 days from the class start date.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the written cancellation request.
